CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Salon Innova, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice for cancellations. Appointments that hold under 2 hour time blocks will be charged 100% of their service cost if cancelled less than 24 hours of their appointment time. Appointments that hold longer than a 2 hour block will need to cancel 48 hours ahead of their appointment time. For these appointments If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your service cost. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Salon team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon Innova's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
